Time: 9 am - 4 pm
Location: Bedford Primary School

If available, please bring with you:
 *the child's birth certificate
*child's social security number
*immunization record
*report of physical examination
Forms to obtain these records will be available at the registration sites.
All forms must be completed and returned to the school before the child can begin class in the fall.

Any child who is five years old on or before September 30, 2012 may enter kindergarten. Questions should be addressed to the principal of the school which the child expects to attend.
